We provide evidence‑based psychological support in the workplace, helping employees, leaders, and teams understand their needs so they can thrive personally and professionally. Our work spans workplace wellbeing, corporate psychology, and employee mental health, offering space to reflect on life transitions, family pressures, and the everyday challenges that shape working life.
With over 20 years of experience across educational and corporate settings, we tailor every intervention—whether a consultation, assessment, or training session—to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
Our approach is grounded in sensitivity, research, and a commitment to empowering individuals and teams.
We provide solution- and compassion-focussed individual and group sessions. These reflective thinking spaces can provide a much-needed confidential forum for employees at every level, to address pragmatically how to move forward with a situation in their work life, but also be honest about the impact on them as a human being.
I can create a completely bespoke talk, supporting the needs of your staff and leadership, or speak on one of the topics below. All of these can be adapted as needed, talks are between 45-60 minutes, with 15 minutes for Q&A after, and can be done in-person or online.
Build your own talk
Many organisations choose to create a bespoke talk by combining themes that matter most to their teams. We work collaboratively to design a session that is relevant, engaging, and grounded in psychological research—ensuring it resonates and supports meaningful change.
